Little is known about Rosa Kubatzky's life.
She was born Rosa Arndt in Schloppe in Pomerania in 1872. The family moved to Ratzebuhr, where Rosa and Hermann Julius Kubatzky married. They moved from Ratzebuhr to Berlin. Their son Herbert Julius was born there in 1907. The family lived at Lützowstraße 87 in Tiergarten.
In 1937, Hermann Julius and Rosa Kubatzky managed to emigrate to Palestine, where their son Herbert Julius had already fled to in 1934.
Rosa Kubatzky died in Haifa in 1944.
